William D. "Bill" King, CPA

Bill is the Founder and President of ABA and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a leading expert in the implementation of Tax Minimization Strategies.

Bill's vision for ABA is predicated on an approach to tax planning designed to minimize your income tax burden. Bill is an accomplished speaker on business and income tax matters and constantly stays ahead of the strategy curve on both fronts. He is a tireless advocate for the clients of ABA. He has implemented a philosophy within the firm that assures that all Business Advisors are as well, and they are routinely available beyond normal work hours. You will find the advice from all ABA Advisors to be cutting edge, prompt, and shrewd.

Joe Pitcher

Joe Pitcher has an extensive and diverse background covering many aspects of accounting and advisory services. 

Specific areas of expertise include income tax minimization, financial accounting, forensic accounting, and business advisory services. Joe has also successfully managed his own private practice in Tampa, Florida, as well as in Knoxville, Tennessee.  Providing accurate, relevant, and timely advice to clients is a staple of Joe’s professional philosophy.  Outside of his professional career, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.  He is an avid tennis player and outdoorsman.  Currently, Joe is working on backpacking all of the trails of the Smoky Mountains (over 900 miles).

Preston Rouse

Preston is the Director of ABA for Small Business, Inc. (ABA).

He began working for ABA after earning his Masters Degree in Business Management from Austin Peay State University’s College of Business. Preston attended Austin Peay on a full athletic scholarship for football, where he earned his undergraduate degree in International Business, with minors in Finance and Real Estate. His ethos is to provide ABA’s small business clients with impeccable customer service, availability, and flexibility. There are many different avenues that allow small business owners to reach their financial goals – which usually include driving profit in their business, and minimizing their income taxes. Preston is relentless when it comes to coaching ABA’s clients regarding the most effective, well-rounded strategies that enable these specific goals to be met. 

Mike Cullum

Mike brings over 20 years of dental industry-specific experience to ABA for dentists. 

During this time he has developed critical dental expertise in the laboratory, insurance, software and equipment segments.  However, the bulk of his career has been firmly rooted in practice management for all types and sizes of dental offices.  This full spectrum of experience and knowledge allows Mike to understand the very unique challenges that face dental practitioners every day.  Understanding these challenges is the first step in developing meaningful strategies that are tailored to each client’s needs.  Mike is committed to leveraging this knowledge to assist ABA’s clients in maximizing practice efficiency and profits through sound financial and management solutions.  Mike has been married to Julie for over 25 years and has 3 wonderful children: Coral, Stuart and Spencer.

Neil Rosin

Neil has built, owned and managed his own successful practice management, tax and consulting firm in the central Florida area for the past fifteen years.  

He has recently merged his practice with the ABA Team to create a driving force in the practice and business management arena.  He has over twenty years of practice management experience and over thirty years of providing tax minimization and overhead reduction strategies.  With a bachelors degree in accounting and finance from the University of Florida, an MBA from Nova Southeast University and a former licensed stock broker, Neil can provide globally related tax, retirement plan and retirement plan implementation advice to clients.  Neil understands the time, effort and energy required to assist clients in understanding and growing their business.  He particularly understands that there is more to a client than just his business world.  Getting to understand the client’s personal life and bringing them both together, harmoniously, is crucial in keeping clients satisfied, ahead of the curve and in developing long-term relationships.  When not working, Neil is a workout enthusiast, loves to travel with his wife of 38 years and spend time with his three children and grand children.

Daniel Sullivan

Daniel joined ABA after earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law with highest honors and Masters of Business Administration at the University of Tennessee Haslam College of Business.

He also graduated from the University of Tennessee, Magna Cum Laude, with a degree in Sport Management and dual minors in Business Administration and Political Science. With transactional/business law experience at one of the Southeast’s most prestigious law firms, marketing and strategy experience at a Fortune 100 company, and communications experience under a United States Senator, Daniel will apply his holistic knowledge and background to provide ABA’s clients in all divisions the tools they need to drive profits and minimize their income tax burdens. With a unique understanding of the legal context in which businesses operate, Daniel strives to stay on the cutting edge of new techniques to help clients achieve their financial objectives. Daniel is licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee. In his free time, Daniel is an avid traveler, having already visited 5 continents, 19 countries, and 39 states.

Christopher Kelly

Chris utilizes extensive legal, business, and political experience to provide the highest level of service to ABA’s ever-growing physician client base.

He began working for ABA after earning both his Juris Doctorate and undergraduate degree Magna Cum Laude in Political Science from The University of Florida.  A deep understanding of the complex and dynamic atmosphere of the business of medicine is at the forefront of the counsel and knowledge that Chris imparts to physician clients. Chris is driven to help each and every physician not only provide the highest level of patient care in an efficient manner, but to also prudently minimize tax burdens. When not meeting with clients, Chris enjoys traveling and attending Gator sporting events.

Jason Fuller

Jason is a Business Advisor in the Small Business Division and is an Enrolled Agent (EA) with the Internal Revenue Service. Jason is a graduate of South College, Magna Cum Laude, attaining a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.  He specializes in tax minimization, with over 8 years of experience, and has unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS. Jason prides himself in availability and response time.  He has extensive knowledge of the tax codes and is able to apply this to the needs of each small business owner and their unique situation. Jason is an avid sports enthusiast and is an accomplished, record setting athlete at both the high school and collegiate levels, being named a College Baseball All-American.  These accolades required dedication and hard work which are attributes he brings to his clients along with a thorough understanding of the value of teamwork. Jason spends his time away from work with his wife, Ashley, and his son, Cooper, on their farm in a rural town in East Tennessee.
